Shipping

1. We ship to worldwide. The shipping time may vary, depending on receiver’s location. 
2. Items will be shipped within 24-72 hours after the payment cleared. 
3. The package by Qxpress will be delayed 3-10 days sometimes by the reason of the flights, custom issues or Christmas rush

Returns:

1.If you have a defective item which you want to return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days form you receive the shipment.
2.WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEE.
3.Any damaged and used items do not qualify for a return.
4.Shipping cost is not refundable.
5.Item must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
6.Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items.
