Shipping & Delivery:
1) All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working days.
2) Items are sent out using Singapore Post, lead time of delivery is around 2-5 working days.
3) We encourage you to select Registered Mail for your purchase, as we are not responsible for lost normal mail. We are honest sellers and will fulfill all orders accordingly. However, we cannot control/ensure the normal delivery of Singapore Post services therefore please use Registered Mail for a peace of mind. This is especially important if you are ordering multiple items from our store.
About Items/exchange policy:
1) Please note that there may be a very slight difference of actual colors due to lightings.
2) Do contact us at twinkyangel@hotmail.com if you need further clarifications and detailed measurements, as we do not entertain exchange due to wrong size ordered.
3) Item may be allowed exchange if it is found defected upon receipt within 3 days in the following conditions:
a. Item unwashed/unworn
b. All tags intact
