We had been using a different, more expensive brand. My husband's physical therapist, who has been doing this for 20+ years, recommends this lotion. It is the equal of the more expensive moisturizing lotions. It definitely improve my skin which was cracking and scabbing. Unfortunately, it is no longer sold in Walmart stores but must be obtained on line.
