Working based on GSM/GPRS network and GPS satellites， this product can locate and monitor remote targets by SMS or internet

You just need to install an ordinary size SIM card which can send SMS. Call the phone number or send a sms to it to retrieve its current position in open areas(replied with a google map link with longtitude and latitude). The standby time of battery is around 2-3 days.

You can also change from SMS mode to internet mode to track its position anytime， but your sim card needs data funtion， also need to set the APN parameters. Battery work around 4 hours continuously in this internet mode.
