This is Number 1 Premium Soft White Wheat. It can be ground into fine whole wheat pastry flour and used in the place of white flour for pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes, pie crusts or any recipe calling for baking powder or soda as a rising agent.

Directions
Basic Cooking Instructions: 1¾ cups Water ½ cup rinsed Soft White Wheat Berries ¼ tsp Salt In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
