My father Joe started his bakery in 1979 where my husband Dan and I baked until 2002 when I was diagnosed celiac. Dan, a master baker, began baking gluten-free for me and selling his products at the family.

Directions
Stove Top
Boil 1½ cups water in saucepan
Stir in ½ contents of package (6 oz.)
Remove from heat
Mix until bread has absorbed water
Mix is now ready to stuff. Oven
If baking in pan follow preparation for Stove Top then:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place prepared mix in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until water is completely absorbed. Microwave
Mix ½ contents of package (6 oz.) and 1½ cups hot water in microwave bowl. Cover.
Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir carefully as stuffing will be hot.
Microwave uncovered for another 2 minutes or until heated through. Note: Cooking times may vary with different microwave ovens.Free OfGluten
