Use eye concealer or foundation before applying the eye shadows. And I used make-up brushes. I numbered the shadows to show how I did it. Nice colors, not too shimmery which is nice. Highly pigmented so you don't have to scrub them onto your eyes. They go on softly with lovely colors and blend beautifully. I am more than happy, I am Hap-Hap-Happy with them.
