Return & Refund Policy

Dear Value Customer, Please take note that we don’t accept the cases below for return and refund:


1. Over 7 days passed from Delivery completed date.

2. If items are used or damaged.

3. Sending item without prior contact us.

(A)  Generally we will check every item we ship out.  However, if there is defects on item or incorrect item sent.  We will replace the same item or refund you.  Please contact us first and we will let you know how to exchange or return. 

(B) We will reply your request soonest possible with more information.  For item that is eligible for exchange, we will bear the registered mail fee to our address and back to you.

(C) For out of stock item, you will be given the option to exchange for a different design of the same value.

(D) Please take note  the following reason may not be considered as manufacturer defects:

**There maybe slight variations of the color of the item due to lighting effect during photo shooting or monitor display setting.  however almost 99% assurance on what you see is what you will get**

**Size measurement is subject to max 2-3 cm tolerance**
