The BM250 Bread Maker can be used to bake a 500g, 700g or 1kg loaf - and there are 12 baking programs to choose from. So not only can you use your BM250 to bake a fresh loaf every day, you can try out recipes for speciality breads, including gluten free too. Just use the dough cycle to prepare the dough and then bake in the oven. Or use the pasta dough setting to create your own pasta dishes. You can even use your bread maker to make jams and marmalade.

Performance

The BM250 can bake a family-sized loaf in under an hour and can be used for savoury, sweet, white, whole wheat, French, gluten free and pre-mixed varieties. What's more, you can set baking to start up to 15 hours in advance, so that you can wake up or come home to freshly baked bread, every day. There's a viewing window for you keep an eye on baking progress and an 8-minute power interruption memory, which means you won't have to start all over again should you need to stop the machine part way through the cycle. With the one-hour keep warm function you can keep that just-baked taste for longer.
