Beautifully alumite colored aluminum on the base finished by ultra fine sandblasting is finished calm tones.
To this, the combination of carbon fiber parts with beautiful black texture is a calm adult impression not found in aluminum bumpers so far.
For aluminum material, A6063 was adopted.
It is a material excellent in processability and strength, light weight.
We cut this one by one precision CNC cutting process.
As well as machinery, people's hands were added, and it was finished by many processes.
Surface treatment is friction-resistant, with beautiful coloring anodized.
Carbon fiber adopts dry carbon used for aircraft and racing cars.
It is the ultimate material which was subjected to toughness and weight reduction by reducing the resin used at the time of lamination to the limit by heat treatment.
It is a luxurious construction where carbon fiber parts were used also for the joint part and the strap hook.
For the fixing method of the bumper, we adopted the new type Quick Lock system.
Simple yet strong structure not only improves reliability but also improves stability when worn.
Moreover, since it is desorption by stainless steel hand-held screw which imaged crown of wrist watch for fixing, it does not need any special tool at all.
