Yerba Mate is derived from the leaves of a small South American evergreen tree. It has been consumed as a tea since early in the 1800''s. Many of the compounds found in Yerba Mate are similar to those found in tea, including polyphenols, tannins and xanthine alkaloids.

Directions
Use only as directed. Take two capsules up to two times daily with a meal or glass of water.
