With Singpost normal mail, there is no way for us to control the arrival time/date and the where-about of your package. As said in our T & C at the bottom, we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBILE for ANY lost pakcage sent by Singpost normal mail - We will NOT provide any form of refund or replacement if your package is lost in post.
