We are 3D cutting with super precision machining from a block of 15 mm thick ultra duralumin (A 7075).
The main plate is newly designed to NEW Wing shape.
Utilizing the experience of Feather & F.V, we have thoroughly reduced weight by reviewing the rigidity balance of the main plate and optimizing the lightening shape.
Changing the wall thickness from the center part to both ends, the popular design like birds are flapping, as it is, it carries out substantial lightening processing of the meat.
By 3D cutting of complicated lightening shapes, it was finished in a shape that is light and luxurious.
The center nut and skirt also renewed its design to further reduce weight.
By reducing the diameter, we realized a substantial weight reduction of ~ 37.0 g.
Titanium knob is equipped with a feen knob as standard.
The biggest factor required for a double handle is how much winding shake during reeling is small.
Although it can be alleviated by lightening the weight of the handle, it alone is not enough.
In the NEW Wing series, we designed it to a considerable weight saving and a handle balance of 50:50, and this balance made zero winding shake without limit.
Area fishing, aging, meering, etc. It is also active in fighting with light tackle, as well as bite fishing at writris and so on.
