INDICATIONS:

Artificial Tears lubricant eye drops by Preferred Plus Pharmacy

• Temporarily relieves burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun.
• Also helps protect against further eye irritation.

INGREDIENTS:

Active Ingredients

Polyvinyl Alcohol 1% Polyethylene Glycol 400 1%.

Inactive Ingredients

Lipiden Vehicle (Dextrose Edetate Disodium Purified Water) Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1 mg/mL.

DIRECTIONS:

Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

WARNINGS:

If you experience eye pain changes in vision continued redness or irritation of the eye or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours discontinue use and consult a doctor.
