Suggested Use

Start with 3 capsules (a partial serving) and work up to 10 capsules per day. Drink 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice with every serving. Lots of fluids are important due to the drawing nature of this formula. If more powerful bowel moving action is required or you have a sluggish bowel use with HealthForce Intestinal Movement Formula. This product is not intended for pregnant/nursing women or children under six.

Warnings

Do not take this formula at the same time as other foods or supplements as they will be drawn into/absorbed by the formula lessening the effects of this formula and anything else you may be eating/taking.
