● URR structure

Adopted "Ultra long-life structure" which adds hard paste to suppress falling off of active material to high durability grid resistant to corrosion and deformation.

It also matches the harsh requirement characteristics of idling stop car with a heavy load on the battery.

● New type separator The newly adopted "dual rib separator" activates the reaction on the entire electrode plate by forming a new rib on the negative electrode side.

Reduced discharge voltage drop by repetition of charge and discharge, greatly contributes to improvement of idling stop life.

● Multiple thin type electrode plates

Adopted a thin type electrode plate to increase the number of sheets.

Increase reaction area and improve quick charge performance and performance rank.

● Lithium electrolyte solution

Promotion of lead ionization by incorporating lithium into the electrolytic solution.

Improved quick charge performance.

● Carbon amount optimization

Forming a current path between lead particles by optimizing the carbon amount of the negative electrode plate.

● ECO.R Revolution (ER) is compatible with ordinary cars, idling stop cars (vehicles equipped with a battery for idling stop cars than with new cars).

(Except for 60B19 type).

● Use a dedicated battery for trucks, buses, taxis, commercial vehicles, etc.
