Where is iChef located?

We are located at 26 Tai Seng Street #03-01 Singapore 534057.

If you are coming by public transport you may take the MRT to Tai Seng Station, Exit B or you may take bus services 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 62, 70, 76, 80, 93 and 158.

We are located in the building above RHB bank and DBS bank, on the 3rd floor.

What are your opening hours?

Operating Hours: 10am - 12nn; 2pm-6pm (Monday to Friday only except PH). We are closed on weekends.

Delivery

How much are the delivery charges?

The cost is $6.90 for frozen items shipping group and $5.90 for dry items shipping group. However, shipping is free when you purchase above $60 for frozen items and above $30 for dry items. Kindly ensure items in the same shipping group are purchased in the same shopping cart.

 

Can I combine the frozen and dry items together for free delivery?

No. This is because the trucks used for delivery of frozen items and dry items are different due to the different storage conditions.

 

What are the delivery timings available?

Delivery is available daily (Mon-Sun) including public holidays. Kindly indicate your preferred delivery date & time slot in the ‘seller memo’ during the payment process. Please plan your preferred delivery date with sufficient buffer time before your event day in case of any delay in delivery.

 

iChef shall not be held responsible for any loss/unhappiness arising from delivery but we will try our best to provide you with the best experience.

 

I was not at home when the items were delivered to me. What do I do now?

You may contact TAQBIN @ 1800-2502-3506 to arrange for a re-delivery by referring to the tracking number of your items that can be found in my Q-box.

 

Why have I received my frozen items and not my dry items?

The items are sent separately as it is delivered using different trucks due to the different storage conditions. Therefore, the items are not able to be delivered together.
 

Is there delivery for salmon sashimi?

No. there is no delivery. This is so that the freshness and quality of the salmon can be maintained.

 

Is there delivery for durian puff/ éclair/cream puff?

Yes. There now is delivery for this item. 

 

Can I combine e-ticket (self-collection) items with other items I have selected for delivery?

No. we are unable to process together orders from different carts. All orders are processed on a daily basis during weekdays. Kindly plan your delivery schedule before your purchase.

How do I collect the items?

Use the Qoo10 App on your hand phone to collect and redeem your items. We appreciate your effort to save the earth by using the mobile app. Alternatively, bring your printed e-ticket (with the e-ticket number and bar code) for collection.

 

 

Can I still collect my items after my e-ticket has expired?

The ticket last for 1 month before expiring. Collections are not allowed after that. This is because we are unable to process the items through Qoo10. However, you could still write to us via email within 1 week from the utilized expiry date to arrange for collection. Any request after 1 week will not be entertained.

 

Is it possible for same day collection?

 It is possible. However, do ensure that the transaction has been processed and that you have received an e-ticket through your email or Qoo10 AppPlease take note that same day collection is not applicable for salmon items. 

 

Our Products

Are the products halal?

Raw seafood items are not required to be halal certified. Other processed items are processed in a halal factory and supplied to halal restaurants. At the moment only sesame dressing and breaded oyster are not halal certified. You may contact us to enquire on the halal status of any items.

 

Is it possible to mix and match the durian puff / éclair/ cream puff?

No. This is because the durian smell may affect the taste of the éclair or cream puff.

 

What is the expiry date of the frozen items?

The items have at least a 6 months shelf life or otherwise stated on the packaging.

 

Is the price online and walk in the same?

The prices online could be cheaper than walk in prices as the sale prices are absorbed by Qoo10. So, you are encouraged to purchase the goods online.
