SUGGESTED USE: Take one (1) serving (2 scoops) of BCAA 3:1:2 mixed into 10-12 ox. of cold water. Consume 1 serving one to three times daily. For optimal use, take between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts.
