I started out 102lbs and now weigh 111lbs. It took less than 3 months. Then I finally caved and against all I've heard it tried the weight gain. BOOM! Like someone flicked a switch, I've got plenty of strength and stamina to plow through my powerlifting workouts. I'm using a stack of pre workout powder,creatine and a decent multivitamin as well as a protein powder. Trust me if your having issues making through you routine give this a try.
