We start every order from scratch with a brand new blank hat off the shelf. After pouring out a little Mountain Dew Code Red to pay homage to the great airbrush masters of the past, the hat is then prepped for painting with a special basecoat that makes the colors steadfast and vibrant. We use high quality Createx airbrush paints, and all of the airbrushing is done in a smoke-free, pet-free, gluten-free, non GMO paint booth. So your awesome new airbrushed hat won't be smokey, hairy or unhealthy. When it's all finished and ready to ship out, we'll seal it up safe to keep it protected from the elements and from getting scrunched, crushed, tweaked or otherwise jacked up during shipping. About returns: if it doesn't fit or feel right, please let us know and we'll gladly accept a return within 5 days of the delivery date. However we cannot accept returns on any hat that has been personalized so please ask any questions before placing an order and we'll be happy to help. Thank you.
