100% PURE RAVINTSARA ESSENTIAL OIL: Ravintsara Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the large, evergreen Ravintsara tree to produce a high-quality essential oil with absolutely no additives or fillers.
STEAM TENT FOR ADULTS: Heat water on the stovetop to just before boil (be sure not to make it too hot). Pour into a stainless steel or glass bowl, place 1 drop of Ravintsara and 1 drop of Fragonia in the bowl and lean over the bowl, covering your head with a towel. Inhale the steam, alternating through nose and mouth as long as the steam is present (3-5 minutes). This can be repeated every few hours as needed.
RESPIRATORY DIFFUSER BLEND: Place 4 drops of Ravintsara, 2 drops each of Rosalina and Cedarwood Virginia, and 1 drop of Cardamom in your favorite aromatherapy diffuser to help support the respiratory system when seasonal threats occur.
