A: Yes. They are definitely authentic. They come direct from factory, licenced to produce. Our products are from local suppliers. We recommend our customers to send in your FAQs in case of any doubts.

Q: How long does the delivery take?

A: Once we receive your order, the product will take a few days to reach our warehouse before it is ready for delivery. The lead time on average takes around 3 weeks. We are working on shortening the cycle for our customers.

Q: If your products are authentic, how can the prices be so low?

A: We strive to give you direct factory prices (and we literally mean direct from factory!) And with this, we do away with the intermediaries who marked up prices along the way and absorb extravagent costs for you.

Q: Why does my delivery takes longer than a week?

A: In order to keep our product prices as low as possible, we house our warehouse offshore so that we can pass on this savings to our customers. We are trying our best to deliver goods in the most economical way within the shortest timeframe. No need for fluffy flurry worry as your goods will definitely arrive, however, we do ask for tad little patience and understanding from you. :)

Q: Why is my item still on request?

A: We only confirm the order when we are ready to ship.

Q: Are there any other options for shipping/delivery?

A: Yes, you may choose to deliver via registered post, home delivery (self delivery) or MRT collection.

Delivery charges as follows:

Registered post - $7.50 (For less than 5kg)

Home Delivery (Self delivery) - $5.00

MRT Self-Collection - Free (New locations added: Bishan, Bugis, Buona Vista, Dhoby Ghaut, Esplanade, Paya Lebar and Serangoon MRTs. Other location is subjected to prior arrangement)

For purchases above $150, all delivery charges are waived.
