    Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.

    All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.

    If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by BrandedMarketPlace. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.
