Shipping 

 Free postage applies to delivering within Singapore.  Items will be delivered by normal mail via SingPost.  Items will be send out within 4 working days upon receipt of full payment.   

 For Tracking, please opt for Registered Mail.

  Return & Refunds 

 Items sold are not refundable.  Seller will take all steps to ensure that items are in good condition before posting.  SHOPPE De Rainbow shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of item/s subsequent to posting.  Please opt for registered mail to avoid item loss in transit.

 We have various sales channel.  There might be cases that stock / design unavailability occur.  The lead time to replenish is usually 2 weeks.  Under such circumstances, seller will contact buyer.
