I have tried other Shea Moisture scrubs in the past and loved them. I bought the olive oil one at Target earlier this week and tried it tonight. It was literally like glue. I could not scrub it off even with a scrub sponge. It would not come off with hot water. I eventually gave up and spread baby oil over the treated areas of my skin and I'm hoping the sticky residue this product has left on my skin goes away. Extremely disappointed. I've never had a worse experience in my life. After spreading it all over myself, however, I immediately regretted not investigating that weird texture more before using the product. I was soon covered in a sticky, glue-like film that would NOT wash off! I had to wash 3 times with body wash and then 3 MORE times with shampoo before I could get most of it off. After using it my skin is so smooth, it helped with the bumps from the keratosis pilaris, and I find it smells amazing. I suffer from very dry skin from washing my hands so frequently in the winter and lotion wasn't helping. The scrub was very gentle, smells lovely and helped get rid of the dry skin so that oil part of the scrub could sink in.
