We have replace Taqbin with Qxpress as another delivery option as there is a high rate of undelivered, lost and mail returned items for NuBra and Nipple cover which is causing alot of inconveniences. Changes to Qoo10 Shipping Infomation

 
With effect from the 27th September 2013 onwards, it is compulsary for sellers who are using Non-registered mail (Normal Mail) only for their item listings, shall have an additional default option of Registered mail being added into the item listing. Reason for this is to allow the buyers to have an additional option rather than having only just one option to choose upon.  We have replaced our NBD Door-to-Door Delivery Option ($10) with TaQBin Door-to-Door Delivery Option ($7) so that customer can expect a smoother delivery experience.  

 

Many customers have selected registered but selected TaqBin in the delivery time slot option. Do note that Singpost will not deliver according to requested time slots. If there is specific time slots to deliver, please select TaqBin.In this instance, since payment made is for Registered, the delivery mode will be via registered and not TaqBin.

 

If you had selected the default shipping option for non-registered or registered, please select "NONE" in the TaQBin Delivery drop-down option. For consolidated items, Registered and Non-registered mail will be charged individually. Hence TaQBin is strongly recommended if you have consolidated items as you will only be paying for flat rate. Selecting normal mail or registered is charged by per item and may result in higher price than TaQBin delivery for consolidated items.

Price Increase Notice from TaQBin

With effect from 1^st October 2014, Yamato Transport will increase the rates for Ta-Q-Bin and Cool Ta-Q-Bin

delivery service.

However, an across-the-board surcharge of S$2 will

still apply to all Same Day Delivery Service.

All items are inspected before dispatch, but we do accept exchange if there is any defects with items you received. Buyer must contact the seller via email immediately to inform of defects, if any, and send the item back to us within within 3 Days of receipt. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

 

REMARK: Shipping charge is non refundable. Buyer to bare return shipping. If you will like to request for exchange, please arrange with seller before posting negative reviews. We don't accept exchange/refund after reviews have been made. If you are not happy with your items for any reason, simply follow these 2 easy steps!

 1) Email us to get the return mailing address and inform us of your intention.

 

 2) Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the package and return to the address provided(All items must be returned within 3    days after receiving item). Please note that postage is NOT refundable!

1)We ship Internationally For International Buyers, shipping rates varies. Please drop seller an email and provide address to check on shipping rates and availability to your country. Tax may be applicable in buyer's country, please check taxes, if applicable before buying. Taxes to be paid by buyer.

 

2)We ship within 1 business days upon receiving your payment and it normally takes 4-14 BUSINESS days to arrive, depending on country and shipping types.

(Please buffer shipping time when ordering. Please let us know if it is urgent shipping request and inform us of the required date and shipping address and will reply if it can be fulfilled. Drop us an email and we will advise if shipping can arrive on time via express mail on time. Express Shipping Charges to be advised.

 

3) For local buyer, pay S$4.00 to have option to have registered mail or $1.50 for non-registered mail or $6 for TaQBin Door-to-Door Delivery.

 

4) Though customer satisfaction is our top priority, Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail and strictly no refund or replacement of the items if mail is lost. Registered mail is highly recommended.
