Delivery Time:

We will mail out your order via Singpost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-5 days after payment date.

Delivery Method and Charges:

Delivery will be handled by SingPost. For items other than pillow, you may choose between non-register post at S$1.50 per item or registered post at $3.50 per item. Please note buyer will bear the risk of undelivery if opt for non-register post.  

Due to the size of the pillows, courier service will be used. You may choose to top up your pillow purchase with our other products (maternity / nursing wear, postnatal shape wear / anti-radiation belly / Anti-natal cares / Undergarments) to reach a combine receipt of at least S$120 to qualify for free shipping. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection at our home office for free by selecting the "Others - Free" option under shipping. Exchange and Refund Policies:

We accept exchange (with the exception of undergarments due to hygiene issue) if they are sent back to us within 10 days upon receiving the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable, buyers will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item back. The items for exchange must be in marketable condition including but not exclusive to in its original packaging, clean and not damaged. 

Refund (after excluding listing fees and delivery charges) is possible on case by case basis. 

We take pride in our products and services, if there is any dissatisfaction, we appreciate the buyers could contact us first to resolve any discontent prior jumping directly to leave a negative feedback. 

Viewing and Fitting

As part of our aim of providing better customer services, we do provide viewing and fitting to let our customers to purchase with a peace of mind. If you are interested to take a look of the products prior to purchase, please email us at sales@themummycloset.com to arrange for viewing. In your email, please provide us with at least three viewing time slots at different dates and timings that are convenient for you, the product codes, size and colour of the items that you would like to view. Please do email us at least two days in advance.

Disclaimer:

All the measurements are taken when the clothing is lying flat with plus and minus 1 to 3 cm of differences. Depending on individual's height and stage of the pregnancy, some dresses may need to be worn with leggings / pants / shorts.

The stomach area tends to expand during pregnancy and easily to have wind during post-natal period. The stomach belt helps to tighten the stomach area and reduces the likelihood of wind getting in.

The womb is in the shape of an inverted triangle. After delivery, there will be a sudden gap in the womb. The internal organs after losing their support will sag down. This not only resulted in the formation of pot belly, it is also unhealthy. By using the abdomen belt, it helps to prevent the organs from sagging down rapidly and provide sufficient time for the body to return to the original condition. In addition, the belt helps to provide additional support for the back and abdomen areas and enhance the uterine contractions and the pelvic tissues return to the original state. It is shown scientifically that the fat cells are in a fluid state during the first six months after delivery, it is the best time to get the body back to shape.

Other than specially instructed by the doctor, the belts can be worn from the second day of delivery (for natural delivery). For those being through cesarean, it is highly recommended to consult your gynecologist. It is advisable to wear more than 8 hours during the day to achieve the desirable effect. Do not wear the belts half an hour before and after meals and also during night time when sleep. Be persistent and wear the belts for at least 6 months.
