PRIVACY POLICY 

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. Any User or Member information will not be shared under any circumstances.

INVENTORY 

All items are brand new. 

We will ship the item within 3 days upon payment confirmation received by Gmarket. However, we will not guarantee that a product listed as "IN STOCK" will be dispatch immediately, as inventory changes significantly every day. In the event that a product may be in stock when you place your order but sold out by the time your order is processed, we will process it as a pre order and dispatch to you the soonest once we receive the stock. We will notify the affected customer by email.   

Shipping 

- Shipping only avaliable in Singapore. 

- Item(s) will be shipped/mailed out within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment to Gmarket, unless notified otherwise. 

- 'On Delivery may take up to 3-5 working days depending on Singpost. We apologise for any delay, but delivery is not within QooRequisite control.

- Specific timing of delivery of Registered mail will not be in control of Playshop88. Please enquire with Singpost hotline: 1605

- Postage charge is for discree wrapping and postage charges by Singpost. 

- Due to the different understandings of the term “Desired Shipping Date", we will not be providing this service to avoid any miscommunications/delays. 

Normal Singpost Posting with Certificate of Posting - at seller's risk 

- All items will be sent by Singpost

- No tracking number will be provided (This is not a Registered Mail Service)

- Certificate of Posting (endorsed by Singpost) image will be sent to your email if required (Please message/email us your email add and order no.).

- This is not a registered mail service. Just a proof that item has been received by Singpost and sent out by seller.

- We would not responsible for the loss of items in the process of normal post.

- We would advise all customers to opt for registered mail (additional S$2.50)

Registered (Article) mail - with tracking number

- Additional Charge of S$2.50

- All items will be sent by Singpost

- Tracking number will be provided

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

- All goods sold are non-refundable.

- If wrong orders were sent by QooRequisite, we will bear cost of postage (return and resend).

OTHERS TO NOTE

- Buyer should accept slight color difference due to different monitors' resolution
