My skin tends to flare up from sweating at the gym, so I started using these right after my work out and started noticing a decrease in unwanted pimples. They are great for on the go or to add into your skin cleansing routine at home. I used them regularly, but make sure to moisturize as my skin did get a bit dry in the standard places around the nose and chin.
