Suggested Use

Pancakes You will need:

(Makes 8-5" Pancakes)

1 cup Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil

1 cup milk WestSoy Soymilk or WestSoy Rice Milk or water

Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
Cook on preheated (375캟-400캟) lightly oiled griddle or pan turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry.

For thicker pancakes use less liquid. For thinner pancakes use more liquid.

Serving Suggestion: Stir in 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon just before cooking.

Waffles You will need:

(Makes 8 Waffles)

1 cup Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 egg beaten or egg substitute

1 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil

1 tbsp. honey

2/3 cup milk Westsoy Soymilk Rice Dream Rice Drink or water

Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear
Cook according to waffle maker's instructions.
