KE-99 LACTO is a probiotic supplement containing patented sub-species of lactobacillus casei, (the official name is Lactobacillus casei KE-99 strain). The KE-99 strain was evaluated at a public university in California and after two years of research KE-99 has proven to have superior absorption and functionality as a probiotic as compared to other strains. In addition to its functionality, KE-99 is well protected against moisture, heat and oxygen to ensure delivery of 10 billion casei cell per daily dosage. It is now available in 2 formats: KE-99 LACTO Tablet & KE-99 LACTO Capsule. The KE-99 LACTO Capsule is packaged in a double foil packet that does not need refrigeration. There are two capsules per packet, the recommended daily dose. Each capsule contains 5 billion live bacteria. Lactobacillus species lose their viability in the presence of heat, moisture, and oxygen. Because KE-99 is a more durable strain than many other lactobacillus species and because of its oxygen and moisture proof package, the long-term stability of the live organisms is protected. It is stable for 2 years when stored at room temperature.
