*Attach the lumbar pad onto the inside & middle panel of the back stabilizer, with narrow side ont the top.
*Brace is to be positioned with curved end down and straight side on top
*Bottom of stabilizer should fit to the edge of tailbone.
*Position back panel in the middle of the lower back.
*Tighten the base strap to overlap in front.
*Adjust and tighten spandex straps as desired for a firm, comfortable fit.
*Lumbar pad could also be removed if less support is required.
