As a dietary supplement, take one scoop with 6-8 oz of water 30 minutes prior to workout and again 30 minutes prior to workout and again 30 minutes after workout. On non-workout days take one scoop with 6-8 oz of water in the morning and again in the evening. Always take with plenty of water.
