[Exchange & Return] Please note that there is stictly no exchange and return of design or sizes. Thus it is important to measure before purchasing. All measurement will be stated in the Size Chart. We only allow replacement for a wrong or defective item sent. If we can accept your return, and the requested size for exchange is still available, we will mail out the item, generally within 2-5 working days from the day which we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email/mobile once the exchange request has been processed.

We accept exchange / returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging. 

[Product Description and Defects] We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in measurement are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, drop us a message.
