1. Delivery Charge

1) Minimum total amount for free delivery is $60.

2. Delivery Time

1) Request for a specific timing within the pre-scheduled time-frame will not be entertained.

However, in case where delivery is not made within the time-frame, please notify us.

2) Delivery is basically on the 365day (deliveries on Sat, Sun and PH).

3) Order cut-off is 0 1:00pm and Delivery time-frame is 2:00pm ~ 9:00pm for all areas.

3. Receiving Party

1) Please ensure that you or a family member is present at the delivery address

during the appointed delivery time-frame to receive your purchases.

2) In case of the absence, our delivery staff shall leave your purchases at your main door.

Items that have to be kept at low temperature will be placed in a cooler bag.
