Quality assurance period is 6 months.
2. Warranty period starts to be effective from the date of purchase and repair services will be provided at a cost for product defects caused by customer’s mishandling or natural cause due to the characteristics of material.
3. Free repair services are available for parts replacement or manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
4. The company is not responsible for products that has passed the warranty period or defects caused by customer’s negligence. However, repair services will be provided at a cost for the products that is able to be repaired.
5. Repair services take approx. 20 days and the services will only be applied to the product with presentation of quality assurance certificate.
6. Repair costs will be priced according to the regulation of the company and it will be claimed after the service.
