Reflected light, which is polarized, can be edited out by this filter. The rotation of the lens selects the degree of 'polarization' you want and therefore the amount of reflection to be omitted. Polarizers also evenly saturate, enrich and deepen colors and are ideal for dramatic contrast. Available in standard (linear) and circular* types. *Required for cameras with auto focus ar split-beam metering; consult you camera manual.
