Delivery takes about 5 - 7 working days as all apparels need to be QC and repackaged before delivery.
Advise to wash all new clothes separately to avoid any staining should some minimal colour run off and to iron/ steam iron to achieve the perfect look!

| Disclaimer 1) Colour Difference All apparel images are taken as is of actual product and colour viewing differences can be caused by the lighting, equipment used, resolution and techniques of shooting. Different batches of apparels may also have slight colour variation. This is not considered as quality issue. |
| 2) Measurement Discrepancy All apparels are measured on flat surface manually and may vary due to different methods of measuring. Difference of 1 - 3cm is expected and considered normal. |
| 3) Quality Issue All apparels will be inspected prior to delivery but due to difference in every individual's perspective of quality, as long as there are no impact on wearability, items will not be considered as flawed. |
| 4) Refund/ Return - Other than legit wearability issues, all apparels worn, washed, tailored, stained, tag cut will not be entitled for return/ refund - Delivery fees shall be borned by buyer in cases of return or exchange only if apparels are still in original packaged condition |
| Cleaning Tips |
| 1) Lace Place in laundry bag and wash with mild to average detergent. May be ironed with low heat to perserve the stretchability and details of material. |
| 2) Chiffon To be handwashed separately and avoid washing aggressively. Any ornaments shall not be washed against fabric. |
| 3) Polyester Due to sensitivity to heat, fabric shall only be washed with warm water and not to soak for too long. Do not mix washing with dark colour clothings. |
| 4) Wool Best washed with detergent meant for wool material. Soak in cold water or not more than 40 degree celsius. Hang dry in cool shaded area. Cautious not to rub with washin board. |
| 5) Knitwear Handwash with cold water. May add little vinegar in water to preserve colour of fabric. Dry flat in cool shaded area. |
