• For international customers - we're unable to provide Phytosanitary Certificate (for plants) if your country's Custom Office needs it for the imports of plants and seeds. It's the buyer's responsibilities to check with local custom rules and regulations. We cannot refund to you if your custom office destroy the plants or seeds.
• We get the best quality of plants and seeds from professional nursery. However, the germination and growing results are the buyers responsibility and depend on many factors such as planting time, seed depth, watering, light and weather conditions. These factors are out of AdaThreeStore control and AdaThreeStore or any company selling this product can not be held responsible for non germinating seeds or growing plants.
