The G40 Replacement Bulbs is Tungsten wire, Each light Bulbs is 5 watt E12 Base, 110V-120V, Color Temp 2700-3000k warm white. Downy and no dazzling, so it does not hurt the eye. Bulbs small volume, light weight, easy to install, and bring sweet feeling.
G40 Bulbs did not get hot to the touch whatsoever. They were warm, but nowhere near hot, They have a wonderful soft and warm glow to them, so you do not concerns at all about the bulbs creating a heat issue where used indoors. Also great for relaxed outdoor lighting above the patio.
Each bulb is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully placed into it's spot inside of the box. The box is then surrounded in more bubble wrap and placed into a shipping box that is sized perfectly so the bulbs won't slide around. They really went the distance to protect the bulbs!
