Directions
Mix and dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons in a shaker or blender with 8 ounces of milk, water or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc).Regular daily use is important for maximum benefits. Over 40, is unflavored but has a pleasant, creamy taste and texture.
