IT'S TOUGH TO BE AN ONLINE SELLER, although we strive to deliver your order in good conditions, the delivery may not be a smooth ride. We would like you to have a great shopping experience with us.

We will be glad if you could write to us before you decide to leave us a bad comment (If you have any bad shopping experience here). We always do our best to assist our buyers, however, kindly refrain from threats & abusive emails.

 All are available items unless stated

 If some of the sizes are out of stock, we will indicated in the options the estimated date which the supplies would reach us and delivery could only be made after that. For these items, do purchase only if you could wait for the delivery.

All below pictures are shoot by us, however due to different screen, you might experience slight difference from actual photos.

Delivery might caused some crumple on sleeve, we do not do exchange if this problem occurs.

What You Should Know Before Making a Purchase with the Windmill :

All deliveries in Singapore will be made via SingPost or Qxpress (Qoo10 agent).

We usually mail the orders out the next working day. Hence, you should be able to

receive your orders in 2 to 5 working days after placing orders. 

However normal post can be delay up to 24 working days for unknown reasons.

Although we are not charging you for normal post, there is a risk of lost parcels which

you need to bear via this selection. No refund will be done.

An additional $3.99 will be charged if you choose to have it delivered via registered mail. The registered mail will be sent to your doorstep.

If the delivery fails, e.g. nobody is at home:

(1)  For SingPost, a collection slip will be left behind for you to retrieve the item at the nearest SingPost office, or you can call SingPost to arrange for another delivery date.

(2) For Qxpress Courier, the delivery company will call you to arrange another delivery date.

If you buy more than 1 item, and intend to get registered mail, you only need to select the registered mail option ONCE. We will bundle all your orders into one registered mail package.

We seek your understanding that we would not be responsible for items damaged during delivery, especially without registered mail.

You can be assured that all our products are inspected for defects before delivery. However, if you do receive a defective item, we apologize and are willing to accept returns or exchanges. The condition is that the items must be mailed back to us within 7 working days upon receiving the orders. We regret to inform that buyers will have to bear all return postage costs.
