1) Tumbler is warmer than a mug without a lid, but it is not covered by a vacuum bottle that is hermetically sealed, and it does not maintain warm insulation for more than an hour.

2) Don't contain too many drinks. Hot drinks leak and can cause burns.

3) Do not contain carbonated or fermented soda foods. There is an increased risk of injury due to rising pressure or mounting of the cap.

4) If hot drinks contain hot fluids, keep them within reach of children.

5) Be careful because the drinks can be very hot. Replacement of damaged products will not result in replacement or refund. (If there is no identical product in exchange for the product itself, we will exchange it for similar products.

6) Always make sure the lid is clear before you lift the drink.

7) Make sure to hold the middle part of the turret when opening and locking the lid.(For a tumbler with handles, hold the handle and do not open or lock the lid. Excessive force applied to the handle may cause damage.)

8) The cap on the cap serves to prevent the beverage from spilling when the tumbleweed falls. Please don't put a tumbler containing drinks in your bag because it doesn't prevent the beverage from leaking completely. (If you insert a tumbler in your bag, you can leak it and get wet inside.)

9) When you open a hot drink and lock the lid and lock it, press and hold the flipchart, press and release the screw to prevent the expansion of the internal heat and air.

10) Open the cap and wipe it thoroughly with the detergent before using it.

15) The lid is designed to fit the customer's purchase and may not fit into the other turbling.

16) Failure to apply a strong impact (drop during use) may cause damage or distortion.

17) Please bring your complimentary beverage coupon and receipt when exchanging the exchange or refund.

18) Cold cups are " exclusive use products for ice drinks. " Use only ice drinks as a hot drink because there is a risk of burns when using hot drinks.
