QooFashion LLP - Terms and Conditions

In any event of defective or unsatisfactory item, please email us at support@qoofashion.com.sg within 3 days of receiving your item with your cart number, item code and reason of exchange.

(1)Defects & Unsatisfactory Items
a. An investigation will be launched and we might request for photos of the defective or unsatisfactory item.
b. If the item is deemed to have manufacturing defects, our team will assist you with an exchange.
c. Cost of returning of item to us will be borne by customer and a new piece will be mail-out by QooFashion (Cost of re-postage fees will be borne by QooFashion)
d. Manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
e. An item that is not up to your expectation is not considered a "defect".

(2)Wrong Items
a. All items packaging is tagged with an "Item Code" label.
b. In any event of wrong item sent, please email us at support@qoofashion.com.sg within 3 days of receiving of your item with your cart number, WRONG item code, CORRECT ITEM code(refer to your order invoice).
c. Our team will assist you with an exchange.

d. Cost of returning of item to us will be borne by customer and the correct item will be mail-out by QooFashion (Cost of re-postage fees will be borne by QooFashion)

(3)Wrong Measurement & Sizing Issue

a. Customer are advise to measure themself before purchase. Do note that free size item do have their own measurement as well.

b. 0.5 inche to 1.0 inche difference in our given measurements are not considered as defect.
c. Any item exchange of 0.5 inche to 1.0 inche difference in measurement stated on our listing will only be done out of goodwill and on a case-by-case basis.
d. QooFashion reserves all rights to reject any exchange item claims that fall between 0.5 inche and 1.0 inche difference in measurement as stated on our listing.
e. In the event of correct measurement on our listing but customer is not able to fit the item (such as too big, too small, too long, too short and etc), QooFashion reserves all rights to reject any form of exchange claims.

(4)Item Difference
a. QooFashion strives to provide accurate photos and information of our products. However, we seek your understanding that there might be slight differences due to individual computer screen colour settings and studio lighting.
b. Item exchange for such cases will only be on a case-by-case basis.

(5)Material Issue
a. QooFashion strives to provide as accurate information as possible but we cannot promise 100% accuracy of our description to the actual item.
b. Material issues are not considered defects.
c. In any event of unsatisfactory material, we will investigate and exchange will only be on a case-by-case basis.

(6)Exchanging Of Items

a. All exchange process are to be completed within 7 days after notifying us.

b. All returned items MUST be in its original condition.
c. All returned items MUST come with packaging with our label on it.
d. All returned items MUST not be washed.
e. Cost of returning of item to us will be borne by customer.

f. Re-postage fee of $3.50 for smartpac registered mail will be borne by customer. (Except for "Manufacturing defects" and "Wrong item")

(7)Delivery

a. In order to prevent any lost parcel, all parcel are sent using registered mail/registered smartpac(Singpost) or in-house courier.

b. In the event of failed delivery by singpost registered mail/registered smartpac, your parcel will either be inserted into your mailbox or advise slip will be issued.
c. In the event of advise slip issued and non-collection after 10 days, parcel will be sent back to us & cost of re-shipping of item are to be borne by customer.
d. Customer are to check their parcel status using the tracking number provided. We will NOT be liable in any case such as "lost advise slip", "forget to collect" & etc.
e. In the event of wrong shipping details provided(wrong address, incomplete address & etc). All cost of re-shipping of item are to be borne by customer.

QooFashion reserves all rights to reject any "Case-by-Case" exchange claims and we will NOT be liable for any refund or any loss, expense or cost incurred by you.
