How to download and install ESET Mobile Security:

Using your computer or Android device, open the ESET Mobile Security download page.

Android 2.2 and earlier users: install version 1.x from the Download page.

If you are unsure which version of Android you are running, press the Menu button, tap Settings > About phone and look at the number under "Android version" (some users may also need to tap "Software information").
Select your operating system and language using the drop-down menus and then click or tap Download.
If you downloaded the installer (an .apk file) to your computer, transfer it to your Android device using Bluetooth or USB. If you downloaded the installer directly to your Android device, continue to step 4.
Tap the installer file. Tap Install when you are ready to continue.
Tap Open once installation is complete.
Select your desired language and country, tap End User License Agreement to review the terms and then tap Accept.
Select I want to be a part of ESET Live Grid (recommended) and click Next.
In the Detection of Potentially Unwanted Applications window, select your preferred option (see What is a potentially unwanted application?) and click Next.
Tap Finish to close the Setup Wizard.
If you have purchased a license, proceed to instructions to activate ESET Mobile Security for Android.

How to activate ESET Mobile Security:

Open ESET Mobile Security for Android.
Tap to bring up the context menu and then tap License.
Tap Activate using a Username and Password, or if you are performing your first activation after purchasing ESET Multi-Device Security, tap Activate using an Activation Key.
Type your Username and Password or Activation Key (including the hyphens) into the appropriate field and tap Activate. When verification of your license is completed, Activation successful will be displayed.
Once activated, Activate and configure Anti-Theft protection in ESET Mobile Security for Android.
