Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid from sodium ascorbate 280.9 mg) 250 mg
Total vitamin C 500 mg
No added gluten, yeast, egg, soy, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions
Adult Dosage: Chew two tablets daily.
Teenage Dosage (13 to 17 years): Chew two tablets daily.
Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not swallow whole.
Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place.
