It arrived and was a different size than specified on the sizing chart originally, the twinkling skirt doesn't not work, and the lights were clearly dramatized for the picture!!! In reality there are only about 4!!! This was through a third party company and when I have tried several times to reach them about a size exchange at least, there is no one who will ever answer phone or email!!!
