02. Shiseido Fullmake Washable Base






Description The World's first makeup base that allows makeup applied over the base to be washed off only using warm-water.
This revolutionary primer that delivers flawless finish when it is used under foundation and makeup, but removes makeup when splashed with warm water.
The makeup is detached and glided off along with the makeup base without the need of a remover.
As a primer, it smooths out uneven skin and fine wrinkles, helps foundation, eye and lip makeup stay on better.
Contains hyaluronic acid that protects the skin from dehydration, giving the skin a natural glow.
Features How it works:

Shiseido's Proprietary "veil action polymer" forms a layer of water-soluble, flexible film over skin
to become makeup sebum and resistant to transfer. When it is splashed with warm water, the film
is detached from the skin allowing the foundation, eye and lip makeup to be washed off.
Directions 1. Use after basic skincare steps but before applying foundation and lipstick.
2. Squeeze out about the size of 2 pearls and spread out evenly on the entire face. For best result, each time dab a small amount on the cheeks, upper eyelids, forehead, nose, and chin. If the amount used is too little or is not distributed evenly, it may be difficult to remove.
3. To remove, gently massage face with warm water, rinse with water follow with facial cleanser.

Note: If you are perspiring, rubbing your face will rub away the makeup. Makeup may run even for waterproof makeup products.
