Directions:
Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night on cleansed skin. Apply suitable amount of LAC Phos-C Spot Trim™ to the targeted areas, such as arms, thighs, stomach and/or buttocks (avoid groin and face), and vigorously massage in a circular motion until fully absorbed. It is normal to experience a hot sensation accompanied by a rosy flush after application. This is due to increased blood circulation. Individual skin sensitivity may vary. Exercising before or after the use of product intensifies and enhances fat metabolism.
