1.Our QC 3.0 charger is also backward compatible with QC 2.0, 1.0. And Quick Charge ability is limited to products with Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology.

2.Apple devices do not support Qualcomm Quick Charge but will accept a standard USB charge at full speed.

3.It is normal for the charger to warm slightly while charging two devices.

4.When the battery of your device has run out or the device has been powered off, the car charger will charge at a very slow rate at the start due to the battery protection from your device.
